If you experience any problem related to product quality, please contact us to initiate a return.
Once verified, we will process a full refund for the affected item.

Our Panjeeri may be exchanged only if it is not customized, meaning no add-ons or special ingredients were included in your order.
Please note that all shipping costs related to the exchange will be borne by the customer.
3. Exchange Initiation
To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.

4. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within five (5) business days.
